At Ocean Heroes, you won't just sit behind a desk watching impact from afar. You'll lead events, build systems, grow partnerships, lead teams, and help deliver 50+ free events each year that empower people on the autism spectrum.

Non-Executive Director
You’ll join a hands-on, collaborative board working alongside our CEO and leadership team. You’ll help steer the 2030 strategy, ask the good questions, keep us safe and sustainable, and back the team as we scale. Expect around 6 board meetings a year, a seat on a committee where it fits your skills, and an open invitation to come down to an event and get wet.

This is a hands-on, get-things-done growth role. You'll report directly to our CEO to help deliver our 2030 strategy, be boots on the ground for our GM of Commercial and support the wider team in WA.
