NDIS Surf Experiences
Tailored Surf Experiences for Neurodivergent people in Perth and Geraldton
About Our Surf Experiences
Our Surf Experience program is specifically designed for neurodivergent people and their families to have regular access to the ocean.
We take participants with little to no ocean experience and provide the guidance and opportunity to learn surfing, swimming, ocean safety and social skills in a fun and inclusive environment.
Each 60 minute session is 1:1 and tailored to the needs and goals of the participant as set in their NDIS plan.
Our coaches are First Aid, CPR and Surf Rescue certified, as well as having completed autism awareness training with the Autism Association of Western Australia (AAWA). As surfers and ocean lovers themselves, they're highly competent in the ocean.
If you are self-managed or plan-managed you can access NDIS funding for sessions under community participation and social interaction categories.
Sessions cost $110 (inclusive of setup, pack down, and administration costs) and run in Perth from Monday-Sunday, and Geraldton on Saturday and Sunday year round!
We will never turn a participant away, if you have additional needs or are not using NDIS funding please speak with us about how sessions can work for you!
